Appointing a relative or family member to positions in a nation or also called as favoritism is known as a serious issue and there are rules and laws that could have been implemented to prevent such occurrence. On the other hand, economic corruption is quite rampant these days.
Any government officials may feel indebted financially not to his people and country, but to his family or tribe. Typically, there are some leaders who do not allocate resources or funds for an infrastructure for the benefit of his supporters. But, fail to allocate resources to people who do not support and help them.
On the other hand, religion is perhaps one of those top issues that any nation has. Islam, for example, is the main religion of the East and activists consider other religious groups as nonbelievers. For that reason, horrible violence and even crimes are happening because of their different religions and beliefs.
The world today has various challenges and problems. The crime issues give everyone sleepless nights. In fact, in many places, people tend to be afraid to walk in their neighborhood because the crime rates are increasing every day. Public safety is now a threat to every citizen. As you see, the drug trade is the common reason for crimes. People engage in this bad and illegal activity because they lack job opportunities.
So instead of allowing an unemployment rate to increase, the government should hire youth as security personnel and increase security in the entire country. Also, kidnapping activity is growing fast nowadays. They kidnapped country kids in exchange for ransom money. Actually, one reason for such event is unemployment since many people are stressed with joblessness.
Basically, these are only some of the major problems that any country have faced right now. It is also believed that those circumstances will be improved if solutions are properly implemented through the effort of citizens and the government. Nothing is impossible if everyone in a nation helps one another for the betterment of their lives and of course, the country as a whole.
